Meanwhile, a top Chinese diplomat has warned developed countries against using climate change as an excuse to set up trade barriers. China's climate change ambassador, Yu Qingtai, says rich nations should not think that slapping carbon tariffs on imports are any substitute for reaching a deal to tackle global warming.
