Jessica Stone is a Washington Correspondent for CCTV America, focusing on American politics, Trade, & Economics coverage. Before coming to CCTV America as a staff correspondent, she worked as a freelance correspondent for CCTV America in Washington.

Jessica has been a freelance multimedia correspondent in the nation´s capitol since 2007, working for CBS News & FOX News, among others. In 2011, she provided live coverage of the debt ceiling deal on Capitol Hill to the nation´s CBS affiliates. She also had a front-row seat at the Casey Anthony Trial Verdict in Orlando, Florida as a correspondent for the nation´s FOX affiliates.

In March, 2011, she accompanied President Barack Obama on his trip to Brazil for CCTV America. She also led the network´s coverage of Chinese President Hu Jintao´s state visit in January 2011, offering hourly live reports from the White House & Chicago.

She has interviewed former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and former presidential-candidates: John Kerry, John Edwards & John McCain. She has reported from the military commissions at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, the 2010 earthquake aftermath in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and spent two months covering the war in Afghanistan in 2009. She is fluent in French.
