Barnaby Lo

Barnaby Lo started his career as a broadcast journalist at one of the Philippines´ most internationally-awarded documentary programs, I-Witness. He moved to New York after a brief stint there to pursue a masters degree in Broadcast Journalism at New York University. There, he wrote, directed, and produced a full feature documentary on Filipino doctors becoming nurses, which was an official entry at the Asian American International Film Festival in 2007.

He worked at ABC News´ Longform Unit before moving back to Manila in 2008. He´s been CBS News´ Manila-based producer since then, reporting on the cyclone in Myanmar that year, and helping produce a 48 Hours Mystery and a 60 Minutes piece, among others.
