The Guzhu mountain of Changxing, Zhejiang province, is well-known for its Zisun tea.  The unprocessed tea leaves are partially purple with its shape resembling bamboo shoots, therefore named Zisun, meaning purple bamboo shoots. See how the water looks crystal clear when the Zisun tea is infused.
