TAIPEI, April 7 (Xinhua) -- All 346 passengers on a ship that became stranded in waters off Taiwan's Budai township Friday afternoon have been rescued, according to local media.

The passenger ship became stranded in open waters about eight nautical miles off Budai Township in Taiwan's Chiayi County at around 5 p.m. Friday.
