Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is on a visit to China. President Xi Jinping has met with Netanyahu in Beijing.
On Tuesday President Xi announced that the two sides decided to establish an "innovative comprehensive partnership", which could boost their cooperation in innovation and high-tech sectors.

Netanyahu also met Vice Premier Liu Yandong, and the two finalized cooperative agreements. The Israeli prime minister met the CEO of Internet giant Baidu, Robin Li, and paid tribute to the Monument to the People's Heroes at Tian'anmen Square.
This is Netanyahu's second official visit to China as prime minister.
