According to the bureau of statistics, China's GDP witnessed a 6.7% increase in all three quarters of the year 2016. The steady growth laid a solid foundation for reaching the country's full-year target.
Statistics also show that both in October and November, the country's industrial development, consumption, and investment maintained stable growth, with a good agricultural harvest and a rapid rise in the service industry.
Officials from the national development and reform commission are confident in China's economy for 2017, saying that the positive trends of this year are expected to continue into next year.
