A Turkish diplomat says foreign ministers from Russia, Turkey and Iran are set to meet on Tuesday in Moscow to discuss the evacuation of Aleppo.
He says Turkey won't accept refugees from Aleppo, but will help build camps for them near the Turkish border to northern Syria.
