Spanish La Liga champion Barcelona has signed an agreement with Chinese technology company BNN in a bid to promote grass-roots football across the country.
The deal comes only a few days after the Catalan club penned a contract with Peking University in an attempt to build soccer ties with China.
The partnership will enable the firm to stream content from the club, such as news and games, as well as chances to enter competitions. A new mobile app is also in the works and is expected to go live early next year.
The deal also includes a series of football camps each season in China, where more than 300 young Chinese amateurs will be trained by Barca coaches. And as an added bonus, a few lucky youngsters will get the chance to travel to Spain to watch a match at the Nou Camp.
