Studio interview: China-Cuba ties in a post-Castro era

For more on Cuba and its relationship with the United States, we are now joined in the studio by Jiang Shixue, the director of the Center for Latin American Studies at Shanghai University.

Q1. U.S. policy toward Castro was one of regime change... and it's said he survived several assassination attempts. But in the end he was never brought down and in fact just this year, a US President came around and visited Havana. Talk to us about his legacy. 

Q2: Fidel Castro's successor and brother Raul Castro has said he plans to stand down in 2018. It seems that the Caribbean nation is at a crossroads. So what happens now and next?
