CCTV correspondent Guy Henderson also caught up with some of the attendees and experts at the Hamburg summit to hear their views on China's Market Economy Status and Chinese products.

"China will be granted Market Economy Status automatically on December 11th. The Chinese government supports market competition. Some foreign governments and companies think cheap prices for Chinese goods are attributable to government subsidies. It's not true. The cheap prices are due to innovation, manufacturing capacity and productivity," said Nan Cunhui, Chinese Solar Company Representative.
