Teddy bear maker extraordinary - 12-year-old Australian Campbell Remess - has been making his own cuddly toys, one per day, for the past three years.
That amounts to nearly 1-thousand teddies which he has donated to kids in hospital across the country. They’ve also been a comfort to the child victims of terrorist attacks in Brussels and Paris.
Remess was inspired to start making the teddies when he was 9, after his parents told him they didn’t have enough money to buy Christmas presents for sick children in hospital.
He uses his pocket money to buy the supplies, but also encourages people to donate to his cause. His mother says, "he puts light in dark situations".
