Opposition parties in South Korea are expected to move to impeach President Park. Members of the opposition say President Park's clear and grave offenses are grounds for impeachment.
They have agreed to ask parliament to discuss impeachment, while separately continuing a campaign to force the president to resign. Protests are continuing across the country. About a million South Koreans joined rallies to demand Park's resignation last week.
