Craig Reedie has been re-elected as president of the World Anti-Doping Agency. The Briton said bringing a "fully compliant" Russia back into the sporting fold and reviewing his organisation's set-up would be his goals over the next three years. Reedie also defended Therapeutic Use Exemptions after the recent hacking of medical documents by the hackers known as Fancy Bears.

An ongoing investigation into Russian state-sponsored doping has continued to be a controversial blight over international sport since last year. At that time, former WADA president Dick Pound detailed widespread cheating in track and field and led the IAAF to ban Russia's entire team.

WADA's Deputy director general Rob Koehler said these problems were "re-occurring" and also detailed how officials are being denied access to so-called closed cities where athletes are training and a sealed-off laboratory in Moscow, preventing international federation accessing stored samples. The final report focusing on winter sports is due to be released December 9th, but for Reedie his priorities are clear.

"The priorities are clearly if we can get Russia compliant, get them adhering to the rules and regulations that would be good news. If there is a process everybody wants what we've been doing for 17 years needs to be reviewed then let's get that done. If that can all be done in three years then I will head to the golf courses a happy guy," Reedie said.
