To the ice now and the final of the Pacific-Asia Curling Championships. Plenty was at stake for the hosts from South Korea as they battled China in the women's final. The Koreans needed to win the event to book their spot in next year's final, China on the other hand had already qualified as the city of Beijing would host next year's world championships.
We pick things up tied at 1 in the fifth end. South Korean skip Kim Soo-hyuk is able to knock the Chinese stone out of the house.
But holding the hammer, Wang Bingyu is able to hit and stick to grab a 2-1 lead.
The South Korean rink was able to score a pair in the sixth and eighth ends to take control.
And that helped them grab the lead, en route to a 5-3 win and the Pacific-Asia Curling Championship.
