"We are going to hold the auction at TCL Chinese theaters in Hollywood. That's a great one venue. It's the venue where they actually had the famous hand-print and footprint ceremony during the time of the film's release several years ago. So it's a venue that is known to 'Twilight' fans and we are going to be selling 900 lots of props, costumes, set decoration and all the material that was used in the making of all five 'Twilight' films," said Brandon Alinger, COO of Prop Store.

The auction will take place November 19th and 20th.

On day one, there will be items from "Twilight," "The Twilight Saga: New Moon," and "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse". On day two, pieces from "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1" and "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2" will also be added.

"I think so far the most interest has been in Bella Swan's engagement ring from 'Breaking Dawn- Part One'. I would say and Edward Cullen's meadow costume from the first 'Twilight' film which is estimated from two to three thousand dollars. And probably Jacob Blacks shorts- or jean shorts which are estimated at 1000 to 1500 (dollars). But if you were a fan of Jacob you know that his jean shorts are his signature wardrobe piece. One lot for each of the big three I would say. The big three as we call them is where a lot of the fan's hearts lie. There's also interest in many of the other secondary characters but Bella, Edward, Jacob – that's what people want to walk away with," Alinger said.

Prop Store, a company that specializes in film and TV memorabilia, has partnered with Lionsgate on the auction. All items are coming directly from the company that made the film, Summit Entertainment.

"It's all coming straight from the source," said Alinger. "It's coming with a certificate from of us authenticity that's signed by a Summit entertainment representative. Really these items have been in storage since production rapped a number of years ago on the last film," Alinger said.

The "Twilight" franchise, starring Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner, grossed more than three billion dollars in the global box office.

Alinger hopes the auction will also generate a high pay day.
