Chinese Premier Li Keqiang has arrived in St. Petersburg for the 21st China-Russia Prime Ministers' Regular Meeting. The two sides are expected to sign agreements in areas including trade, energy, customs and education. Li is also scheduled to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow.

China says the visit will enhance the two countries' comprehensive strategic partnership. Russia is the last stop of Li's eight-day Eurasia trip, which has also taken him to Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Latvia.
