South Korean President Park Geun-Hye also addressed the nation this morning over the political scandal.
During the address, Park made an apology again, adding that her "heart is breaking" over the scandal. She said she is open to cooperating with prosecutors in their investigation.
The president denied any involvement with paganism, and said she had received support form her friend Choi Soon-sil during tough times. She will bear all the responsibilities, Park said, claiming that the country's internal affairs is now facing a huge crisis.
This was her second address since the scandal broke last month.
