General Secretary Xi Jinping of the CPC Central Committee, has met with a delegation led by Hung Hsiu-chu, leader of Taiwan's Kuomintang Party, at the Great Hall of the People.

Hung and her delegation visited a center for Taiwan start-ups in Beijing earlier on Tuesday. Before she arrived in Beijing, she visited Nanjing, capital of eastern China's Jiangsu province, and paid tributes to KMT founder Sun Yat-sen at his mausoleum.
