The Juddernaut would start to find a groove getting a break of 81.Winning the seventh frame. He would rattle off a couple more to close the gap to 7-3.
And eventually pulls to within 7-4.
In the 12th Trump falters on this red -- and that opens the door for Ding. The Chinese not giving his opponent another chance.
Finished with a run of 134 break and putting Trump on the brink of elimination. Trump led in that phase, but cannot get the black ball to fall -- and again giving his opponent a chance.
The Chinese went on a run of 72 win the frame and the match 9-4. Ding faces the winner between Mark Selby and Stuart Bingham in the final.
