New Zealand Trade Minister Todd McClay will travel to Beijing and Hong Kong next week for talks on trade affairs with his Chinese counterparts. The trade minister will discuss with Chinese officials an upgrade of New Zealand's existing bilateral trade agreement with China. McClay has repeatedly said that New Zealand wants China to lift its dairy tariffs.
