The German city of Munich has unveiled its logo for football’s European Championships in 2020. The Allianz Arena, home to both of the city’s clubs Bayern and 1860, will be one of 13 stadiums used across the continent for the Euros in 2020.
This is the first time the competition has not had a fixed host nation, or two nations. Munich joins London, Rome, Baku, Bucharest and Glasgow as the cities who have presented their logos with Amsterdam, Bilbao, Brussels, Budapest, Copenhagen, Dublin and St. Petersburg to follow shortly.
All 13 designs feature a bridge, which will be included in the overall tournament visual to represent a connection between each venue.
