Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has arrived in the Japanese capital, Tokyo for a three-day visit. He said he intends to tell Japan the Philippines is 'open for business', adding their engagement would be a "defining moment for two countries".
Meanwhile, Japanese Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida says he wants an open discussion with the Philippine president and encouranged him to speak his mind. He added Prime Minister Shinzo Abe intended to do exactly that during their summit on Wednesday.
