Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has arrived in the Japanese capital, Tokyo for a three-day visit. He said he intends to tell Japan that the Philippines is 'open for business', adding that their engagement would be a 'defining moment for two countries'.
Meanwhile, Japanese Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida said he wanted an open discussion with the Philippine president and encouranged him to speak his mind. He added that Prime Minister Shinzo Abe intended to do exactly that during their summit on Wednesday.
