Full coverage: The Sixth Plenum of the 18th CPC Central Committee

Before we have more updates from this year's 6th plenum of the Communist Party of China, let's take a quick look at the five highlights raised in the 5th plenum held last year. 

Those highlights emphasized the importance of innovation, coordination, green development, opening up and sharing. The plenum said that those five aspects are crucial for China to take deep reforms and every Party member should realize their importance.

China wants to solve problems such as the middle-class income trap, unbalanced development and pollution through the practice of the five highlights, and to improve Chinese people's living standards in its 13th five-year plan period.
