BEIJING, Oct. 20 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping said on Thursday that managing differences in the South China Sea issue through dialogue and consultation is an important foundation for the healthy and stable growth of China-Philippines relations.
Xi made the comment during talks with Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte in Beijing Thursday morning.
