In Guizhou, the Getu International Climbing Festival has concluded following three days of competition. Nearly 200 athletes participated in the events which included redspot climbing and speed climbing across 40 different routes.

Redspot climbing involved scaling the wall and reaching the top as many times as possible while the speed version is a straight up race to see who can get to the top in the fastest time. The Chinese contingent were out in full force and claimed the top 3 spots in the men's group.
