The Communist Party of China has concluded an international event in southwest China's Chongqing to discuss global economic governance. Over 300 political figures, business tycoons and scholars from about 50 countries attended the meeting.

Participants have agreed on a Chongqing Initiative, highlighting the role of political parties in promoting global economic governance.
