Full coverage: Xi Visits Cambodia, Bangladesh, Attends BRICS summit

Leaders from China, Russia, India, Brazil and South Africa have gathered for the 8th BRICS Summit.

The five leaders posed for a group photo before their meetings on Sunday. They are scheduled to attend a BRICS plenary session, a signing ceremony and several other activities.

They will also meet with state leaders from BIMSTEC - the Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation. The summit will conclude later today with the issue of a joint declaration.
