Alibaba chairman Jack Ma has vowed to boost Thailand's e-payment system and help small businesses. Ma says he wants to train Thai citizens at the company's headquarters in China's Hangzhou city.

The Thai government believes e-payment will not only make life convenient but also prevent fraud. Together with Alibaba, the government will form a working group to develop an action plan for e-commerce development.
