For more information about the ongoing Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries, we're joined now in the studio by Liu Baocheng, dean of the Center for International Business Ethics at the University of International Business and Economics.
Q1: China has tabled 18 new proposals at the conference, including four billion yuan of aid and loans for Portugese-speaking countries. What effects do you think this cash injection will have?
Q2: China is also working on introducing zero duty on 97 percent of imports from some of the Portuguese-speaking countries. What major changes do you think this will bring?
