The World Health Organization has said at least 377 people have been killed and more than 1,200 injured in eastern Aleppo over the past two weeks. This comes after the ceasefire brokered by the U.S. and Russia collapsed earlier.
During a news briefing in Geneva, WHO spokeswoman Fadela Chaib said the numbers represent only those reported from functioning health facilities, and actual figures are expected to be higher throughout the city.
According to the WHO, there are now only six functioning hospitals in the rebel-held part of the city, with medical supplies running low and only 30 doctors able to provide care.
