A delegation of Chinese artists have recently staged a song and dance performance in the capital of Rabat, Morocco. The show highlights the celebration of the 58th anniversary since diplomatic relations were established between China and Morocco.

Over a thousand six hundred people attended the event at the Theatre Mohammed the Fifth. The full house of audience members were treated with a potpourri of Chinese traditional music, dance, singing, and acrobatics.

"I'm very very excited. It's amazing. So much talent and so much discipline. Amazing."

"This show is part of the anniversary events that celebrate diplomatic ties between the two countries. Apart from Rabat, the delegation will give performances in famous historical city Marrakech and southern city of Agadir. Chinese arts are very much welcomed by the local people," said Shi Yuewen, cultural counselor of Chinese embassy

The performers were invited by the country's Ministry of Culture. The event was organized to strengthen cultural exchange between China and Morocco.
