The Red Cross is seeking to raise 15.5 million US dollars in aid for thousands of people affected by flooding in the DPRK.
The organization warns of a secondary disaster, as around 70,000 people will face winter without shelter. The organization said the funds would be used to deliver supplies such as tents, medicines, and coal to around 7,000 families.
The UN said at least 138 people have been killed and about 140 others missing after floods ravaged the northeastern part of the country last month.
