China continues to lead the medal table in Brazil with the Rio Paralympics. Zhao Shuai ensured the PRC's dominance in table tennis extended beyond the Olympics as he claimed one of the 13 golds won by the country to bring the tally up to 63 on the sixth day of competition.

Zhao successfully defends his table tennis singles class 8 title with a straight sets victory over Hungary's Andras Csonk. The 21-year-old, who had his left arm amputated following a car accident when he was four years old wins 11-5, 11-6, 11-9 in 18 minutes.

Liu Meng wins singles class 9 fianl

Liu Meng secured China's ninth table tennis gold medal of the Paralympics by defeating her compatriot Lei Lina in the women's singles class 9 final. The 19-year-old, whose impairment was the result of a car crash, needed just 23 minutes to wrap up the match in three sets.

Hu Jianwen fatest in men's 100m T38

China's Hu Jianwen set a new world record to win gold in the men's 100m T38 final. The 29-year-old clocked 10.74 seconds to beat the previous mark set by Australia's Evan O'Hanlon by five hundredths of a second. O'Hanlon had to settle for the silver medal.

Shi Yiting claims women's 200m T36

China's Shi Yiting recorded a personal best time of 28.74 seconds to win the women's 200m T36 final. The 18-year-old finished more than two seconds ahead of South Korea's Jeon Min Jae, who took silver.

Yang Bozun wins his third gold of games

China's Yang Bozun broke his own world record to defend his 100m breaststroke SB11 title and win his third gold of these Games. The 30-year-old, who became blind at 19 due to glaucoma, finished in 1 minute 10.08 seconds to beat his previous mark by three hundredths of a second.

Zhang Xiaotong tops 100m breaststroke SB11

And Chinese teenager Zhang Xiaotong would set a new world record in one minute 23.02 seconds to win gold in the women's 100m breaststroke SB11, beating previous record holder Liesette Bruinsma of the Netherlands.
