South Korea's Defence Ministry says it's just a matter of time before the DPRK carries out a sixth nuclear test. A spokesman for the ministry said South Korean and US intelligence agencies believe that the DPRK's Punggye-ri Nuclear Test Site is ready for a new test.
The spokesman said a test could take place in a second or third tunnel at the site. South Korea's Channel A cable TV station claims that an intelligence report says the DPRK's fifth test cost five million US dollars. DPRK media says the country is now a nuclear power.
