Xi urges wider cooperation with Australia

President Xi Jinping has also met with several leaders attending the G20 Summit. During his meeting with Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull, Xi urged both sides to continue implementing the China-Australia Free Trade Agreement. He also called for expanding cooperation in various fields to achieve mutual benefits.

Xi also met with Egyptian President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi. He says China firmly supports Egypt to maintain national stability, and hopes the two countries could support each other over issues that both countries are concerned about.

Xi also met with his Mexican counterpart, Enrique Pena Nieto. He called on both countries to plan a roadmap for cooperation over the next five years.
