It was less than a week ago that the cauldron at the Maracana stadium in Rio was extinguished. Despite that, the Olympic spirit lives on, and the Chinese team is trying keep that energy alive, as they travel to Hong Kong to meet locals there.

As part of their visit to Hong Kong, the delegation will put on demonstrations involving several Olympic sports, including table tennis, badminton, diving and gymnastics in Queen Elizabeth Stadium and Victoria Park.
More than five-thousand people have already bought tickets for the events. The medalists will also interact with young Hong Kong athletes and the public. The delegation will leave for Macao on Monday afternoon for more events there.
