For the women’s 3-meter springboard, Chinese diver Shi Tingmao claimed gold, while He Zi grabbed the bronze.
He Zi was also met with a surprise when teammate Qin Kai proposed following her medal ceremony. Qin won a bronze medal in the synchronized diving event last week.
A silver medal was also won by Chen Peina in the women’s RS:X sailboard competition. France’s Charline Picon took the gold.
