One man who is no stranger to the medal podium is swimmer Oussama Mellouli. The Tunisian is seeking to reach his fourth Olympic medal in Rio.

The 32-year-old earned gold in the 1500m freestyle in Beijing in 2008, and bronze at London 2012.

He also won the outdoor 10km marathon four years ago, and as Tracey Holmes found out, the man known as "Ous" feels this year's Games are extra special.
