The State Administration of Foreign Exchange released China's international payments figures for the second quarter on Thursday.
SAFE reported that China's current account surplus reached 388 billion yuan between April and June(US$9.4 billion ).That put the total current account surplus for the first six months of this year at 645 billion yuan.
China's goods trade reported a surplus in the first half of this year, while the services trade still saw a deficit.
Meanwhile, the capital and financial account reported a deficit of 388 billion yuan(US$59.4 billion), in the second quarter.
