The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas President Robert Kaplan meanwhile says a US interest rate hike at the next policy meeting in September will be on the table if economic data is supportive.
Growth data will be revised and Fed policy makers will get two more employment reports before the next meeting. Kaplan, who will have a vote on monetary policy next year, talked to CCTV reporter Martina Fuchs in an exclusive interview in Beijing.
