A meeting involving the G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors has drawn to a close in Chengdu in China's southwest region.
The two-day meeting focused on several challenges, including the global economic situation following the UK's decision to withdraw from the European Union.
It is the last high-level financial meeting ahead of September's G20 summit in Hangzhou. China's Finance Minister Lou Jiwei briefed us on what was achieved at the meeting.
"We will continue to explore policy options tailored to country circumstances that the G20 countries may undertake as necessary to support growth and respond to potential risks," he said.
"This meeting further solidifies the unity among the G20 countries in addressing risks and challenges, reducing policy uncertainty and fostering a favourable macro-economic policy environment for the Hangzhou summit."
