China's top price regulator has cut retail fuel prices in line with national pricing mechanisms and global fluctuations. The price cut is the second this year by the National Development and Reform Commission.

The NDRC lowered gasoline prices by 155 yuan per ton, and diesel by 150 yuan per ton. The NDRC says the moves came on the back of sluggish consumption and other market factors that are weakening overall prices.
