In Toronto, the findings of a new report by the World Anti-Doping Agency has put the spotlight squarely on Russian athletics. The country's track-and-field team is currently banned from participating at the Rio Games due to a massive doping ring. Now, new findings from Canadian, Richard McLaren reveals a larger, more wide-spread doping programme.
"The investigation has established the findings set out in the report beyond a reasonable doubt. The evidence we've uncovered is all verifiable and cross-corroborated by multiple sources. I am unwaveringly confident in our report," said Richard McLaren, WADA commision head.
