The State Council Taiwan Affairs Office in Beijing, China has immediately launched an emergency mechanism in response to the Taiwan bus crash. The office has expressed concern over the incident and has asked the authorities to fast track the investigation. A team will be sent to Taiwan to give assistance to the victims' relatives.
