China's National Bureau of Statistics says the monthly growth of new home prices have slowed down in June.
A total of 70 cities were examined in the report, and fresh numbers showed prices rising in 55 cities, five less than a month ago.
Prices dropped in 10 cities, and remain unchanged in five. But if calculating on an annual basis, prices rose in 57 cities -- 7 more than in May --, fell in 12 and remain unchanged in one.
Shenzhen, Xiamen and Shanghai topped the list of increments, with Shenzhen rising a whopping 47 percent from a year ago.
