Q1. China is set to conduct military drills in the South China Sea. Do you think this is linked with the arbitration?

Q2. The Permanent Court of Arbitration said it will issue a verdict on the case on July 12th. And a new government in the Philippines has just been sworn in. How do you see this situation developing?
