Full coverage: South China Sea Is Indisputable Part of China

Cambodia's ruling party has spoken out against the arbitration court's upcoming decision over the South China Sea issue.

The party's President and Prime Minister Hun Sen said the Cambodian People's Party saw the upcoming decision as international political collusion. Hun Sen warned that the attempts by some non-regional countries to mobilize forces against China would negatively affect ASEAN nations and peace in the region.

He said the CPP regards South China Sea issues as matters between countries directly concerned, and not as a matter between ASEAN and China. He also called on countries outside of the region to stop interfering in South China Sea issues.
