Chinese Premier Li Keqiang (R) has met South Korean Prime Minister Hwang Kyo-ahn on the sidelines of the Summer Davos forum in northern China's Tianjin.
Li says as strategic cooperation partners, both countries should push forward this relationship to benefit their people. He says based on the agreements made last year, both sides should further enhance partnerships and collaboration in areas of free trade, innovation, hi-tech industries, finance, and culture.
Li also says all parties should make the effort to ensure a nuclear-free Korean Peninsula. Hwang says South Korea will strengthen strategic communications with China to protect peace and stability in the region.
